We combine academic excellence and extensive business and management experience to respond to our clients' real estate & property management needs
The driving and motivational force behind J & N Realty, Inc. is its founder and president, Julius Nagy. Occupying various managerial positions, Mr. Nagy has been in the real estate industry for well over a decade.
As a board member or rental property owner, you have fiduciary responsibilities that obligate you to make decisions that can have a profound financial and social impact on your property and on the community. Receiving professional and accurate advice and guidance on issues such as reserves, maintenance, insurance, budgets, contracts, rent collection, various laws and ordinances, and rules enforcement can mean the difference between prosperity and disaster.
Many experts who work in the property management field must earn degrees and pass rigorous tests to be certified. Thus, why would a board or a property owner risk hiring a manager who may not be qualified to look after the homes of its members, tenants, and the community? Both the board of directors and individual rental property owners should demand skilled managers who will deliver superior service and should only engage the services of companies that employ qualified professionals.
To help insure that the board or the owner has the expert guidance needed to manage the community’s or the real property's assets most effectively, the board and the owners are advised to look for professionals with industry certifications. Certified managers have the knowledge, experience, and integrity, by adhering to standards of professional conduct, to provide the best possible service to an association or rental property. Any manager that holds professional certifications has made an investment in property management as a career and profession.
