We will perform all the management and operation functions your property needs. We will make certain that all the fair housing, ADA, and rent control (if your building is situated in one of the rent controlled cities) laws and ordinances are closely followed. J & N Realty, Inc. will also manage your property with ridged compliance to all state and local landlord-tenant laws and regulations. All you have to do is to sit back, relax, and watch you investment prosper.
SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES & INDIVIDUAL CONDOMINIUM UNITS (1 unit)
MANAGEMENT FEE: 6% of the monthly gross income generated by the property but not less than $100.00.
LEASING FEE: The leasing fee (includes the costs for advertising, marketing, and showing the property; tenant screening; and the preparation of the lease documents) is $500.00 (one-time fee). There are no file transfer and set-up fees, lease renewal fees, or any other fees whatsoever.
APARTMENT BUILDINGS (2 - 15 units)
MANAGEMENT FEE: 5% of the monthly gross income generated by the property but not less than $100.00 per unit.
LEASING FEE: $425.00
APARTMENT BUILDINGS (16 units or more with on-site personnel):
MANAGEMENT FEE: 4% of the monthly gross income generated by the property but not less than $100.00 per unit.
LEASING FEE: $350.00
